Outpatient Clinic

Our Services are provided to Oneida, Forest, and Vilas county residents. We are committed to providing accessible, high-quality behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults. Our integrated team offers psychiatric evaluation and medication management, mental health therapy, substance use disorder counseling, peer support, and OWI assessment services. Through personalized treatment planning, evidence-based practices, and a collaborative approach, we support individuals and families in achieving stability, growth, and lasting recovery. Whether you are seeking help for the first time or continuing your journey toward wellness, our team is here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management

With the support of our on site Nurse and Medical Assistant, our two virtual psychiatrists provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for individuals ages 11 and older.  During a psychiatric evaluation, we take time to understand your symptoms, history, medical background, and personal goals. If medication is recommended, we carefully monitor effectiveness, side effects, and overall progress, making adjustments as needed.   Injectable medications can be given on site with our staff.

We treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and other mood or thought disorders.

Mental Health Therapy

Our therapists are experienced in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges. We serve clients ages 6 and up and provide a safe, supportive environment where healing and growth can take place.  We offer several evidence-based therapy modalities tailored to individual needs, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), cognitive-behavioral approaches, trauma-informed care, and other strength-based interventions. Treatment plans are personalized and goal-oriented.

In addition to individual, couples, and family counseling, we also offer group therapy options. Group counseling provides connection, shared understanding, skill-building, and peer encouragement in a structured therapeutic setting.

Substance Use Disorder Counseling

Our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counselors are trained professionals dedicated to supporting individuals age 14 and older in all stages of recovery.  We provide comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing counseling services focused on recovery and return-to-use prevention. Services may include individual counseling, group therapy, education on substance use and its impact, coping skill development, relapse prevention planning, and coordination with community supports.

Peer Support

Our Peer Support Specialists are individuals with lived experience in mental health and/or substance use recovery who are trained to provide compassionate, non-clinical support. Peer support focuses on building hope, empowerment, and connection through shared understanding. Services are person-centered and recovery-oriented, helping individuals identify strengths, set meaningful goals, and navigate challenges in everyday life.

Peer Support may include one-on-one mentoring, skill-building, assistance with accessing community resources, support with appointment preparation, and encouragement in maintaining wellness and recovery plans. By fostering connection and reducing isolation, Peer Support provides practical guidance and authentic encouragement from someone who has walked a similar path.

Intoxicated Driver Program (OWI)

The goal of the OWI assessment is to provide support and services to further prevent driving while impaired through education and treatment as part of a Driver’s Safety Plan.
